2025 is the Art Theatre’s 101th Anniversary! Continue the Celebration with Us!

To our Art Theatre Supporters: Welcome to the 2025 Awards Season!

This unique event takes place Sunday, March 2nd, 2025. This fantastic party and fundraiser will again feature our own Red Carpet entrance, photo booth, food and drinks, giveaways, a silent auction, and a LIVE telecast on the big screen: celebrity Red Carpet coverage at 2:30 PM, followed by the Awards at 4:00 PM.

As the only surviving independent, single-screen theatre in Long Beach, restored to its original Art Deco splendor, the Art Theatre is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. The Art screens a variety of unique and compelling cinema, in addition to hosting festivals like the QFilm Fest and the Cambodia Town Film Festival, plus concerts and community events. We are proud to support Long Beach education, hosting field trips and fundraisers at no cost to our schools.

Enjoy watching the Red Carpet Academy Awards ceremony?  Don’t have a ticket for the event in Hollywood?  No problem, The Art Theatre of Long Beach, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is holding its annual Red Carpet Awards Fundraiser on Sunday, March 2nd, 2025.

Join us in your finest outfit (or not – no pressure) for a viewing party you will not forget.

Each ticket donation ($100 per person; $75 for Art Theatre Members) will provide a guest with entry to the event, one free drink ticket, a free Red Carpet photo from our photo booth, and access to our amazing Silent Auction with opportunities for airline tickets, hotel stays, dinners, and much more.  In addition, dozens of raffle prizes, gift cards, and giveaways will be handed out during commercial breaks for answers to trivia questions, best-dressed, etc.  Food, wine, and beer will be available for purchase.

Best of all, with your donation you are making a choice to support the arts and a local theatre institution.  In this age of movie streaming, supporting the Art Theatre is more important than ever.  Incredibly, 2025 marks the 101th Anniversary of the Art, and with your generous help, we hope to continue in Long Beach for 101 more years!

Our check-in and Photo Booth Red Carpet will open at 2:30pm on March 2nd.  The actual awards program will be shown live on our big screen starting at 4:00pm, and is scheduled to end at 7:30.

We are encouraging Uber and other ride share options, as parking can be a challenge on 4th Street during weekends.  Buy your ticket now, and you will receive a FREE $10 VOUCHER ($5 each way) from Uber!  The discount will be automatically loaded into your Uber account, and you can be dropped off and picked up stress-free in our dedicated ride share area.  Plus, you can have that extra glass of bubbly, worry-free!
