2026 Red Carpet Awards Fundraiser

We’re excited to announce the Art Theatre’s Red Carpet Awards Fundraiser & Gala, happening March 15, 2026. This is our biggest event of the year and an essential fundraiser that helps keep Long Beach’s oldest independent theatre’s doors open. Guests will enjoy a full Academy Awards experience with a live stream broadcasted on the big screen, plus specialty food, drinks, and auction items for purchase. We hope you’ll join us for an unforgettable night on the red carpet!

Date: Sunday, March 15, 2026
Time: Check-in & Red Carpet Photo Booth opens at 2:30 PM. Ceremony begins at 4:00 PM and ends around 7:30 PM.
Member Ticket Price: $40/ per person (tax-deductible)
Regular Ticket Price: $50/ per person (tax-deductible)

About the Art Theatre of Long Beach:
Originally opening in 1925, the Art Theatre is the oldest single-screen theatre in Long Beach still running, first operating as a silent movie house complete with an orchestra pit and pipe organ. These days, the theatre shows a wide variety of cinema, and with the help of our fundraising efforts from last year’s event, we upgraded our projection and sound to enhance every guest’s experience. Today, the Art Theatre stands as a cherished cultural landmark in the middle of Retro Row, showcasing a diverse array of first-run, independent, and international films.
