Refund Policy

There are no refunds. However we will happily switch your unused HUMP! tickets to a future screening if you can no longer attend the date and time you originally purchased tickets for. Ticket change requests will need to be sent to [email protected] before the original date and time listed on your tickets.

In the event of an in-theater event cancelation due to Covid-19, ticket buyers will be sent a streaming link to view the entire festival from the comfort and safety of their homes.
